Any items purchased from Wrapsodyinblueridge.com may be exchanged for exact item only. A return authorization number is required and must be issued from Wrapsodyinblueridge.com to the purchaser. Any orders cancelled after shipment has already begun will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. All items shipped are insured. If any damage occurs in transit please notify carrier's claim department within 24 hours.
